Withdraw A Student

Parent/Guardian must email Johanna Icaza for withdrawal paperwork.

  • After initial contact, a withdrawal form will be emailed to parent/guardian.
  • Parent/Guardian will SIGN form and email, along with a picture/scan of their PHOTO ID.
  • A withdrawal packet will be provided to the new school once proof of enrollment is received.

Please ensure that all student books, materials and laptop/computer equipment has been properly returned.
